It’s our first Hootenanny, y’all!

Last week, we announced we were donating $1 for every drink sold to Foothills Food Hub, and we’re excited to tell you we made our first donation of over $120. Which is just the beginning. With your support, we will continue to make weekly donations to help feed local families who are facing cutbacks to SNAP/food assistance right now.

TOMORROW (Thursday 11/6) will be our first Hootenanny! with award-winning local songwriter, educator, and playwright Freddy Bradburn. Come sing-a-long to songs (sadly) more relevant than ever—Woody Guthrie, Bob Dylan, and more!

Then come see us again on Saturday (11/8) at 5pm (NOTE the slightly earlier time!) for two amazing poets from western NC—Mildred K. Barya and Clint Bowman! We will have copies of both of their most recent books available.
